Your massage session is customized for YOU, and we only pursue along the lines of therapies you wish to receive. Any and all techniques can and will be adjusted to client’s comfort. Open lines of communication are a constant.
Therapeutic Massage
$125 with add-ons available.
All sessions are 75 minutes unless otherwise noted.
Therapeutic massage includes hot stone use, aromatherapy and cupping (all optional).
Choose this option for deep tissue massage therapy, neuromuscular massage therapy, and TMJD/jaw relief massage therapy when scheduling online.

My approach to massage therapy is to listen to the client and their body. I pull from several techniques in every session to offer you a custom massage based on your needs at the moment.
I am certified in NeuroMuscular Massage therapy which includes 20 years of experience with intraoral massage (within the client’s mouth) for TMJD. Jaw pain relief or TMJD sessions include a therapeutic full body analysis and custom tailored massage approach to help find imbalances and triggers that contribute to this often chronic condition. Includes client education on care and prevention.
I also use techniques of myofascial massage, deep tissue massage, Shiatsu, Ashiatsu (massage given with the feet), cupping, Thai massage, aromatherapy and Ayurveda at the client’s discretion.
I have a strong background using massage approaches in treating:TMJ dysfunction/TMJD/jaw pain

Many house made body care products are available for purchase on site, including fresh made body scrubs, body butters, face moisturizers, and lip balms. All products are natural and contain no synthetic ingredients, fragrances or parabans.
Neurogenic Bodywork and Sessions
Explore the possibilities of your bodies natural healing powers, harnessed with a unique treatment that fuses supported positional release, and optional hands on massage & bodywork.
Sessions are on the massage table with the client clothed, and placed into a series of positions that encourage the opening and realignment of the body. These positions also facilitate a chance for the bodies own central nervous system to restore itself back to a state of feeling good by decreasing muscle tension and pain, vagal nerve imbalance along with mental and emotional stress reduction. The treatment room is also part of the therapy with conditions set to fuel complete relaxation. Based in current research, ancient wisdom and traditional health practices, you will reach a state of ease and comfort.
Sessions are one hour with the option of massage/hands on bodywork added in. This type of session is wonderful for those sensitive to pressure, wish to remain clothed in session or anyone seeking relief of pain, discomfort, whole body health or stress reduction.

Indulge in this luxurious face therapy add on to your therapeutic massage, an extra 15 minutes for a grape infused experience including a signature face regime featuring the antioxidant and vitamin rich power of fresh grapes, grape water hydrosol and grapeseed oil. Grapes have been used for centuries to help with fine lines, delicate, aging and sensitive skin.
Head Treatment – An infusion of essential oil thoroughly massaged into the scalp for 10 minutes. Added onto 75 minute therapeutic massage service, an extra ten minutes of extended scalp, temple and forehead massage. Essential oil may be switched or left out for those that desire just the extra massage. Includes a hot tea to go!
Seasonal Selection: Thieves Blend, a powerful wellness promoting Theives blend of essential oils. A great option for back to school time and body stress reduction, Thieves is a blend featuring Cinnamon, Clove and other autumn spices.
Foot Treatment Enjoy a 60 minute therapeutic massage with an extra 15 minutes added at the end for a refreshing Tea Tree and Cedarwood foot treatment. Includes hot towels, foot scrub and hydrating moisturizing foot treatment, with an extended foot massage…plus a hot seasonal tea to go after your relaxing session!

Essential Booster Drops Therapeutic Massage – A 75 minute therapeutic massage with the addition of 5 wellness-supporting essential oils massaged into the back and neck.
Rest Time – The bonus of 15 minutes of additional private resting, napping or mediation time. After your massage session your therapist will step out to give you the additional time of rest, and will wake or notify you at the end of the resting period. Includes a hot tea to go!
Warm Bamboo Massage
This full body massage incorporates the use of real heated bamboo canes used with warm oil to roll out the whole body. Deeply relaxing and therapeutic, let the warm bamboo melt away the tension from your muscles and mind.

Warm Salt Stone Massage
This full body massage incorporates heated Himalayan crystal salt stones used to massage the body. The heated salt stones are said to create negative ions and induce deep states of relaxation along with muscle and tension relief. The salt stones may help with skin conditions.

Essential Oil Massage
Take on the healing and beneficial properties of therapeutic grade essential oils, given in the traditional “Raindrop Technique” style. 9 single oils and 2 blends are applied to the spine and feet along with hot towel compresses, to help support your whole body in all of it’s systems. Very relaxing and wonderful all year, but especially great to receive in the Fall and Winter for immune support.

Ashi-Thai Fusion Massage
This massage blends stretching and compression in the Thai massage style along with Ashiatsu massage techniques into one session. May be done traditionally on the massage table, or clothed on the table or floor mat.

Harness the power of sage and pine in an essential oil infused massage oil and steam towels to help relieve aches and pains, distress and lift fatigue. Release into the soothing comfort of heated steam towels with this massage fusion full body treatment.

Onsite massage is perfect for Rochester NY and surrounding workplaces or offices, sport events, teacher appreciation day, employee wellness events, staff appreciation, small business retreats, corporate retreats, girlfriend getaways, or any celebration or gathering are great places to add in chair or table massage.

Massage and Yoga Combination Package
Based on your massage session I can create a custom self care and yoga practice treatment plan for you.
Each body unveils certain patterns and restriction in a massage session. These patterns of overuse, injury compensation and postural dysfunction can lead to other systemic health conditions. It makes sense to create a therapeutically minded wellness plan at this point, in which the client can begin to reset these patterns themselves through the use of very specific yoga private sessions.
After your massage I take notes of areas to focus on, and incorporate this into a custom yoga plan for you. The areas explored will give you a base in which to work from at home with yogic practices.
These private sessions are given on a separate day than your massage session to give the body time to integrate each therapy.
Adding this package to your monthly wellness regime can enhance your quality of life across the board.
