Learn and practice yoga for back issues, gives you a plan for flare ups to help you take healing into your own hands.
Breathing and Mindfullness
Using the breathe we can manage the bodies nervous system and bring balance.
For Strength
Learn and practice yoga to strengthen and stabilize the body with the use of props in Iyengar style yoga, great for bone and muscle health, along with whole body wellness.
For Flexibility
Learn and practice yoga to increase the body’s flexibility for easing tension, soreness and imbalance that supports goals of pain free living.
For Restoration
Learn and practice yoga in the true restorative style where supported openings are found with yoga props, to allow for profound release of the physical and mental bodies. A quiet class with time to go inward and requiring no physical exertion. Excellent for stress reduction and healing.
For Sports and Activities
Use yoga to increase strength, improve flexibility and help find your bodies most efficient form. Yoga techniques can help enhance sports recovery.

Cost: $65/session
Duration: 1 hr
**Available for 1-4 people per appointment at one rate of $65.

Online Private Yoga Sessions
Location: Online
Cost: $50/session
Duration: 1 hr
Click below to purchase your private class, and we will meet for a session based on your requested needs.
Online Private Yoga Sessions are held online via Facetime, Zoom or Facebook Messenger Video Call. Classes can be designed for one or more people and scheduled on your time frame.
After scheduling you will receive a survey to help create your customized yoga class.
