NY State Licensed Massage Therapist
Certified NeuroMuscular Therapist
Registered Yoga Instructor

In 2004, I began down the path of healing arts, with intentions of facilitating wellness with clients’ bodies and minds. Being a vested learner, integrating knowledge and techniques from several bodywork modalities, along with a devotion to listening to my client’s bodies and words, I work with my client’s to remove restriction and gain fluidity and balance.

A graduate of the Massage Therapist program of Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Rochester, NY in 2004, a New York State license of Massage Therapy and a certification in NeuroMuscular Massage Therapy at the Center for NeuroMuscular Massage in Denver, CO have helped mold the basis of sessions with my clients. This enhanced with study of myofascial massage, craniosacral therapy, Shiatsu, Ashiatsu, therapeutic grade essential oil integration, Iyengar style yoga, Ayurveda and chakra study/balancing all combine to make sessions as unique as each client. I have taught treatment techniques to massage therapy students at both student and continuing education levels for LMTs in New York State. I offer personalized small group continuing education training for NeuroMuscular Massage techniques and Essential Oil use for massage therapists. Please contact me for more information.

As an avid yoga practitioner since I began practicing massage therapy I have seen the way yoga can transform a person from the inside out. Finding Iyengar yoga as a perfect antidote to the physical and mental stresses of modern living I took my essential yoga teacher training certification program and “Yoga for Back Pain” intensive at Open Sky Yoga with Francois Raoult in Rochester NY. I am a certified Relax and Renew Yoga teacher through the restorative yoga program of Judith Hanson Lasater, and a certified Yomassage™ practitioner. I have studied and teach breathing practice (pranayama), nervous system regulation for stress reduction and yin yoga.

I offer personalized yoga sessions and therapeutic plan creation and instruction with my clients, along with weekly group yoga classes and workshops.

Brenna Osborn
NY State Licensed Massage Therapist

Hello! My name is Brenna Osborn. I grew up in a small town just outside of Rochester. I went to Finger Lakes Community College thereafter and graduated in 2011 with an associates degree in Integrated Health and Massage Therapy, and went on to receive my NYS Professional License in Massage Therapy.

My personal approach to massage therapy is an integrated/therapeutic one, with the use of multiple modalities and techniques in each session. We know that every body is made and used differently and that means it requires care that is specific to that individual. My goal is to help identify the care that is needed in order to reduce the pain or tension being held within the body, while also promoting the body’s own natural healing process. I practice a lot of stretching and range of motion in my sessions as nature shows sustaining movement throughout the body is key to optimal health and longevity. I believe in a very holistic approach to overall health and wellness, and strongly encourage self-care in the form of complementary therapies, proper nutrition, and an active lifestyle. In addition to being an LMT, I have training in Reiki and as a Birth Doula. I very much enjoy working one on one with expecting mothers to help facilitate healthy and successful pregnancies and deliveries.

My favorite modality at the moment would have to be Trigger Point therapy. Ischemic pressure to our “knots” or us LMT’s refer to as trigger points, offers a range of benefits, including: pain relief, increased range of motion, muscle relaxation, and improved blood flow.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, worshiping God, being out in nature, listening to live music, and working on my garden, my yard or house projects.
